Domestic Extension Including Internal Alterations
"My project included a single storey lean to extension accommodating a new kitchen and linking into the existing dwelling. I asked Tom to become involved following the departure of the original contractor, meaning he wasn’t able to start with a clean site, and was able to start works at short notice.
Throughout I found Tom and his colleagues to be approachable and clear, consequently our mutual understanding was exemplary.
The project included roofing the envelope Tom inherited, fitting out a new high quality kitchen, including extensive new floor tiling, re-plastering of existing walls and ceilings, applying external coloured render, fitting new fascias, verges and rainwater goods, fitting new rooflights and installing new aluminium external joinery.
Tom’s attention to detail was excellent throughout and I am delighted with the quality of the completed works and with Tom’s subsequent aftercare.
